6 Diamond Believer's Points of Encouragement

On this website, you will know the ‘what’ behind your ‘why’ questions and learn the ‘how’ to use what seems negative to your advantage.

Diamond Faith

In a world and culture of increased secularisation and exclusion of God in daily life, we need a diamond faith to remain connected with God.

Romans 12:2 says “Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking, instead, fix your attention on God”

Fixing your attention on God requires some training with the help of the Holy Spirit

Diamond Believer

The Christian faith is not about a set of activities restricted to certain locations on a certain day of the week or time of the day.

Romans 12:1 says “Take your everyday, ordinary life- your sleeping, eating, going to work, and walking around life- and place it before God as an offering.

For a diamond believer, there faith is their lifestyle, their way of living. Only a diamond believer can receive God’s best for their lives.

Diamond Ministry

Life and ability to serve is God’s gift to us, our ministry to serving his purpose and his people is our offering to God.

The story of Cain and Abel in the bible teaches us that not all offerings are acceptable to God.

1 Corinthians 3:10 – 13 says, “Take particular care in picking out your building materials. Eventually there is going to be an inspection. If you use cheap or inferior materials, you’ll be found out. ”

Ministry life is tasking, demanding, therefore we must build according to God’s pattern and with precious materials for it to be acceptable before God.

Diamond Family

We live in the days of immense pressure on the family and family life.

Christian cannot afford to be unintentional about raising their family – Making it a diamond family

God said concerning Abraham in Genesis 18:19 “I have singled him out so that he will direct his sons and their families to keep the way of the LORD by doing what is right and just”

God is calling you and I to raise a family for him, to direct our family to keep his ways – Diamond Family

Diamond Finances

I could remember getting the statement of my mutual funds account at Merrill Lynch in 2001. The value of my financial investment had declined in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Centre in New York.

For the first time as a young investor, I understood insecurity that money provides. No wonder Jesus said " Don’t hoard treasure down here where it gets eaten by moths and corroded by rust or—worse!—stolen by burglars. Stockpile treasure in heaven, where it’s safe from moth and rust and burglars." -Matthew 6:19-20.

However, we need to access treasures here on earth before we can stockpile them in heaven.

Balance is the key to a diamond finance – being good stewards of the resources we have on earth and ensuring they are used for God's eternal purposed

Diamond Vocation

You are created for a purpose. Your life is an answer to someone's question, the solution to someone's problems.

Your vocation is the vehicle by which you channel our creativity towards answering that question and bringing solution to that problem.

Jesus said "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven" - Matthew 5:16

Your 'good works' refers to your vocation. God wants your vocation to be sparking, shining, attractive, so that people will see it and Glorify your Father in heaven.
